OmBodies Yoga Teacher Training Testimonials

Sporty young woman doing yoga practice isolated on white background - concept of healthy l

I wanted a teacher training program which has a solid foundation in the science behind yoga. OmBodies gave me that and so much more. Heather goes well beyond the requirements of Yoga Alliance by bringing many years of experience as a yoga practitioner and teacher to give the student a thorough understanding of the traditions, science, and trends of yoga and so much more! I've heard many students of other teacher training programs complain of not coming out truly prepared to teach, but the extensive training on alignment, modifications and sequencing taught at Ombodies has definitely given me a strong foundation to put together thoughtfully designed classes to a variety of populations. 11 out of 10!
