Weekend Schedule

 

Friday October 20th:

  • Arrival Time: Anytime after 5:00 p.m. (Light snacks and refreshments will be available when you arrive.)

  • Restorative Yoga & Sound Healing practice begins at approximately 7:00 p.m.  

 

Saturday October 21st Schedule:

  • Breakfast: Tea, coffee, and a variety of healthy breakfast options will be provided. Please feel free to bring any specialty items that you enjoy.

  • 9:00 a.m. Ayurveda & Yoga Lecture/Discussion

  • 10:30 a.m. "Vata" Vinyasa practice

  • 11:30 a.m. Ayurveda & Yoga Lecture/Discussion

  • 1:00 p.m. Lunch Break

  • 2:00 p.m. Ayurveda & Yoga Lecture/Discussion

  • 4:30 p.m. "Pitta" Vinyasa Practice

  • 6:00 p.m. Special Group Dinner

 

Sunday October 22nd Schedule:

  • Breakfast: Tea, coffee, and a variety of healthy breakfast options will be provided. Please feel free to bring any specialty items that you enjoy.

  • 9:00 a.m. Ayurveda & Yoga Lecture/Discussion

  • 10:30 a.m. "Kapha" Vinyasa practice

  • 11:30 a.m. Ayurveda & Yoga Lecture/Discussion

  • 3:00 p.m. Group Dinner Outing (There will be healthy vegetarian and vegan options available)
