Here's a list of what to expect when you arrive for class at the studio:


  • If You've Been Feeling Sick or Are Sick, Please Stay Home 
    We will ask you the following questions: In the last 24 hours have you experienced fever, shortness of breath, worsening cough, had a sore throat, nausea, or diarhea? In the past 2 weeks have you had contact with someone diagnosed with Covid-19 or been contacted by a local health department about potential exposure to Covid-19?

  • Please Sanitize Your Hands Upon Entering the Studio (Sanitizers and Cleansers Are Provided for Your Use in the Studio)

  • You are Required to  Wear a Mask

  • Online Registration & Prepayment for Classes is Now Required 

  • In-Person Studio Space is Limited (Be sure to sign up for the right class. On the schedule you will see an online version and an 
    in-studio version; be sure to register for the one you'll be attending.)

  • Practice Spaces are Clearly Marked and Social Distanced at 9 ft. apart

  • Bring Your Mat with You to Class (We No Longer Offer Loaner Mats) 

  • Please Bring Only Essentials Items with You to Class. You will be given a container to store your belongings while in class. 

  • We Will Have Some Props Available for Use. However, we recommend bringing your own if you have them. 

  • All vulnerable or at risk for COVID-19 as identified by the CDC should take extra precautions.

  • LiveStream Online Classes Will Continue

  • Our Schedule is Subject to Change

  • Retail Sales are Final 

    What We're Doing to Keep Everyone Safe:


  • Staff & Students are required to wear masks 

  • Please sanitize hands upon entering studio

  • Hand Sanitizer, Antibacterial Soaps & Cleaners, and Disinfectant Wipes have been placed in stations around the studio

  • Please honor the 6' foot social distancing requirements

  • Student temperature check and screening upon entry

  • Studio, all common areas, and shared surfaces will be thoroughly cleaned between all classes

  • Classes are limited in size with 9 ft. between each student; online registration/payment is required. Cancellations will need to be made within 6 hours of class (applies to in-studio classes only). 

  • Limited class schedule to allow ample time for thorough cleaning.
